Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who you're buying from
Novapix, based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Business details, including the ABN, appear on every tax invoice.
Accounts
You need an account to place an order. Please keep your login details secure; you're responsible for orders placed through your account.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies.
- Postage for prints and originals is shown at checkout before you pay. For large rolls and canvases, postage is quoted by email after your order and paid separately; if you don't accept the quote, your order is refunded in full.
- Payment is taken through PayPal. I never see or store your card details.
- If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, I may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Where I sell
Orders from the European Union and the United Kingdom can't be accepted at this time.
Your order
Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. Original artworks are one of a kind: an original is held for you while you pay, and goes back on sale if payment isn't completed.
Digital products
3D models are available to download from your account straight after payment. Use of the files is covered by the 3D model licence.
Physical products
Prints and originals are posted as described in Shipping and returns. Colours can vary slightly between screens and printed or painted work.
Refunds
See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Copyright
All artwork remains the copyright of Novapix. Buying a print or original gives you ownership of that physical item, not the right to reproduce the image.
