Shipping and returns
Prints and original works are packed and posted by me from Sydney, Australia. Works are sent rolled and unframed in a sturdy postal tube, which keeps postage low and protects the surface.

- Most other countries, except the European Union and the United Kingdom for now
Postage costs
Postage is sent with Australia Post and calculated at checkout from the tube size and the country you're sending to. Several prints from one order travel together, so you only pay full postage once.
Large rolls and canvases: Australia Post only takes tubes up to about one metre long. For rolls longer than that, and for stretched canvases, postage is worked out after your order once I know the exact size and the best courier. I'll email you a quote to pay separately before anything is posted. If you'd rather not go ahead, I'll refund your order in full.

Orders are usually posted within 5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way, and the tracking also appears in your account.
When it arrives
Unroll the work gently on a clean, flat surface, image side up, and let it relax for a day or two before framing. Weighting the corners with books (with paper underneath) helps.
Customs and import charges
International orders may attract import duties or taxes in your country. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. I'll arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, let me know and I'll follow it up with the carrier.
Returns
I don't accept returns for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected: see the refund policy.
